Giggles Gluten-free, LLC, was founded by Gayle Noga, who is gluten-intolerant (Celiac).  Dissatisfied with available gluten-free breads on the market, which are often dense, heavy and poor tasting, Gayle painstakingly developed new formulas so that she could enjoy delicious food. Today she shares her work with others and continues to cater to those with special needs by providing custom formulations that are both tasty and nutritious.
