Winter Hours begin on August 11th, 2008:

Store hours are 9 AM to 3 PM Mondays, 9 AM to 4 PM Tuesday through Saturday. We honor the Sabbath and are closed Sundays. Even bakers need a day of rest!

Summer Hours end on August 11th, 2008:

9 AM to 4 PM Tuesday through Saturday.  Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are Farmers Market Days, at Giggles we strive to have the freshest produce available during the harvest season.

Our Products

Most of our baked goods are not only gluten free, but also dairy free.

We have an in-store Deli that provides gluten-free sandwiches, soups and salads, pies, cakes, cookies, etc. Monday through Saturday. We also offer Belgian Waffle or pancake breakfasts!

We have exclusive rights to use and sell AprèsVin grape flour and pure varietal grape-seed oils in gluten free baked goods.

Our selections include an array of delicious gluten-free breads, buns, muffins, baking mixes, pasta, pizza dough, along with baking supplies, gluten free recipes and more. Unlike most gluten-free products on the market today, nearly all of our products are free of bean flour. Not only does this avoid the unpleasant side-effect of excess gas and gastrointestinal upset often experienced from bean products, our specially crafted blend of flours results in a far superior product with texture and taste nearly indistinguishable from wheat products.

Quality

Our baked goods are made from organic and certified Kosher ingredients. Quality is never compromised. No longer do those on a gluten-free diet need to endure poor texture and taste in their baked goods. Bean-based flours give a sour aftertaste and most of our recipes do not use bean flour. The multi-grain bread we bake is an exception to the rule.
