Giggles is a dedicated Gluten-Free  Bakery

Some might ask what is a dedicated GF bakery, it means that we do not have any Gluten products in the bakery. All equipment, utensils and work surfaces are dedicated to a gluten free process.

What's New:

We are opening a wholesale branch in the Portland area producing gluten free baked goods for restruants and coffee houses. Look for our tasty treats on the menu. 

We will continue to offer dry mixes and baked products that are customized to your special needs.

Consulting services are available to adapt a menu or a personal recipe within the realm of gluten free possibility.

New products include:

Laszlo's Coconut Bread

This yeast free, grain free bread is tender and filling.  Much like the texture of cornbread this bread can be enjoyed savory when serving soups or chilis. Or sweet with your favorite fruit preserves.  If you're on a yeast free diet this is the bread for you!

Sunset's Apricot Bar

Rich and buttery cookie base topped by apricot preserves loaded with coconut, hazelnuts or pecans, and love.  It makes a great mid morning pastry, drizzle with cream or alamode for a scrumptios dessert.

Leela's Hazelnut Blondie

This recipe was developed after I had an opportunity to purchase some ground hazelnuts and hazelnut coffee syrup  from "Freddy Guy's".  The result was a  very moist, rich, fine grained blondy.   Several friends gathered together to try it out and boy it was a hit, and now it is available for your gathering, or just sit back and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

Our Products

All of our baked goods are gluten free, and most can be made dairy free, and we can customize them to be allergin-free.  Just let me know when you order about the allergins you want to avoid.

We also offer gluten-free gift baskets for any occasion.


Our selections include an array of delicious gluten-free breads, buns, muffins, baking mixes, pasta, pizza dough, along with baking supplies, gluten free recipes and more. Unlike most gluten-free products on the market today,  all of our products are free of bean or soy flour. Not only does this avoid the unpleasant side-effect of excess gas and gastrointestinal upset often experienced from bean products, our specially crafted blend of flours results in a far superior product with texture and taste nearly indistinguishable from wheat products.

Customers report that they do not hesitate to serve our foods to friends and family even when they are not on special diets, whom don’t even realize they are eating wheat-free products unless told. See our feedback page.

Quality

Our baked goods are made from organic and certified Kosher ingredients. Quality is never compromised. No longer do those on a gluten-free diet need to endure poor texture and taste in their baked goods. Bean-based flours give a sour aftertaste and nearly all of our recipes do not use bean flour. The multi-grain bread we bake is an exception to the no-bean rule.
