All our baked goods are baked in ceramic cookware.  While more costly than commonly used metal cookware, this is part of the secret of successful baking.  Our ceramics are non-stick and cook much more evenly than metal.  You too can enjoy superior results with these useful and attractive products.  Various glazing patterns available.
